Since we created SP SEARCH in 2003, we have been focusing on technology innovation and this has enabled  us to anticipate the cyber security “bubble” that has since brought the market under strain.

Expert in direct approach recruitment, Patricia recruits skilled IT executives and managers.

As consultant and qualified Coach she helps managers and teams working in complex and high value-added environments with change management, skills development, decision-making, personal development, leadership and team building.

Patricia started her career as an IT enginer and then spent 9 years as Kelly Services CIO, being in charge of implementing all strategic IT projects troughout Europe. She next founded and ran ALVIA, an IT services company, for 5 years before setting up SP Search in 2003.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at SP SEARCH, Alizée Varlet supports companies in recruiting expert and executive-level profiles, with a focus on IT, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. She actively contributes to the strategic development of the firm, leveraging her expertise in talent management and HR consulting to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Pascal DEFAUT

Expert in direct approach recruitment, Pascal Défaut is specialised in recruiting engineers, middle management and sales executives. 

Pascal has more than 25 years experience in IT. He started his career on the technical side and worked for 10 years in pre-sales, post-sales and consulting. Afterwards, he continued as Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales & Marketing Director for startups and Blue Chip Companies such as OBS.

Pascal also founded and developped an innovative company in smart and green building.

With his experience in business management and recruitment in security professions, call centers, networks and telecom infrastructures, he joined SP SEARCH in 2017.

Raphaëlle GARNIER

Marketing and Digital learning Director

Raphaëlle has been a professional in strategic marketing, digital and communication within large groups for more than 20 years. She has decided to change her life and bring her expertise to headhunting.

In 2019, she joined SP SEARCH to learn about direct approach recruitment techniques and identify talents in her field of expertise.

A new experience that she very has decided to share with people in search of meaning and in quest of support to rethink their professional future.

With CrossRoads by SP SEARCH, Raphaëlle was able to surround herself with qualified thematic experts and thus set up a collective at the disposal of candidates wishing to take a step back, gain some perspective and build their life path.
