A new social contract is redefining the working relationship \u2013 some employees may have to work for multiple employers and perform several jobs. In the new corporate structure, we are no longer employees, but rather <b>ambassadors of a business\u2019 culture<\/b>&#8230; a way to <b>reinforce commitment<\/b>, but for what future?<\/p><p>The change in our daily lives has awakened old dreams, new perspectives for the future, and without a doubt, decisions have to be made.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73ea96f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73ea96f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In a recent Inffo \/ CSA study &#8220;2021 barometer of training&#8221;, <b>33% of working people<\/b> think they will change jobs in the next 2 years. This trend is in line with the accelerating evolution of roles.\u00a0<\/p><p>The prediction is that <b>85% of the jobs in 2030<\/b> do not yet exist*. Creative destruction where we may have to work for several employers while surfing on the time difference on unusual functions.<\/p><p>Training, developing skills, and anticipating change, means <b>betting on your employability<\/b>. Because beyond initial training, the ability to acquire new knowledge is worth more than the knowledge acquired.\u00a0<\/p><p>Whether you want to develop within the same company or you are close to hanging up your apron to become what you want to be, <b>training can be the catalyst<\/b> to progress your dreams!<\/p><p>Learning expectations are high in a context that feeds anxiety about an uncertain professional future. Hence the significant trend towards <b>retraining<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p><p>According to this study, <b>1 in 5 employees<\/b> are preparing a new plan to <b>readjust their career path<\/b>.
