Therefore, soft skills are essential to the success, or failure of your future working relationship. It&#8217;s a key element of working together and can quickly make the professional relationship a nightmare. Don&#8217;t hesitate to ask for someone else\u2019s opinion to ensure you aren\u2019t being biased.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Don&#8217;t forget to use personality tests and assessments to check behavioural skills as well as technical tests.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Remember to verify references with their previous employer, but be careful to stay within the legal framework: no checks without the candidate&#8217;s knowledge or that of the current employer.<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42db24a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42db24a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>OUR ADVICE: choosing your future employee can take time and making the right choice is not easy. Ask yourself, and the candidate the right questions, check their references, and do sufficient ground work beforehand.
