Create a real relationship of trust<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6cea56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6cea56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>When you want to keep your teams motivated, you have to ask yourself why your employees work for your company, and also for you as a manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be7d059 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be7d059\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Your interpersonal relationship with them is the answer, and with it, the notion of trust. Driven by the manager, trust is established by following these few rules:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Leading by example<\/li><li>Delivering on commitments<\/li><li>Maintaining confidentiality<\/li><li>Taking a sincere interest in the other<\/li><li>Acknowledging your wrongs (and therefore putting your ego aside)<\/li><\/ul><p>If your collaboration is based on mutual respect and your relationship is balanced (responsible adult to responsible adult), then you have much less risk of your employee leaving the company too quickly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f276ce8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f276ce8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Only once the relationship of trust is in place can you give autonomy and responsibility to your teams. If you don&#8217;t respect this order, your employees may remain &#8220;on edge&#8221; and certainly won&#8217;t follow through.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cbacd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4cbacd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>3. This will also allow you to create a real team spirit.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The easiest way to demotivate your team is to infantilize them and transform them into performers. Involve them from the first phases of reflection and decision making.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>By involving your employees at the beginning of each project, you give them the opportunity to adjust as needed, without having to call on a manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-252c9ed3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"252c9ed3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><b>To go further: if you want your employees to be fully involved in the success of your company, the process must be in-depth.
